Mailing List
Step 1
Log in to the control panel and click on the Mailing Lists icon.
Step 2
Enter a name for your mailing list into the Mailing List Name box and click on create.
Step 3
You will now need to add people to the mailing list. Under Modify Mailing Lists click on the Now link under Edit List?.
Step 4
Now enter the email address that you want to send the email to, one email addres per line and then click on subscribe. There is a limit of 2500 email addresses per mailing list.
Step 5
Now click on the go back link at the bottom to return to the main Mailing List page.
Step 6
To send an email to the list you need to clink on Now under Email Subscribers.
Step 7
You will need to fill in the first part of the email address that you want to send the email from in the Send From Email Address. Enter a subject for the email into Email Subject. Then enter the message into the WYSIWYG editor. Once you have done all this, and are happy with your email then click Send Message Now to send your message.
